Nord Stream pipelines
Owner: Nord Stream AG (Gazprom, Wintershall, E.ON Ruhrgas and Gasunie )
 Main characteristics:
– 1220 km offshore length
– 48” Ø / Diameter
– 56 BCMY capacity
 Certified: By DNV GL
– Towards OS-F101
– According to OSS-301

South Stream
OAO Gazprom is building a new pipeline system across the Black Sea to supply natural gas from the Russian Federation to the Republic of Turkey for further distribution to southern Europe. The pipeline system will extend from the Russkaya compressor station on the Russian coast near Anapa to a landfall in the Thrace Region, Turkey.
The initial plan was to install four subsea 32” pipelines, including landfall facilities and gas receiving terminal at the downstream end of the offshore pipelines.
The length of each pipeline is approximately 920 km and the design life of the assets are 50 years.

The Oil & Gas industry highly depends on digital structures
14
• industrial networks• systems (SAS)• software (PLCs)• data / SCADA • IT/information• tele & communications
Traditionally isolated offshore facilities now connected to the “cyber
space ” - exposing the industry to new digital vulnerabilities.

ISO 31000 (Risk Management) NOG 104 guidelines for information
security baseline requirements (Norsk olje og gass)
NIST 800 series ISA/IEC 62443 for industrial IT and
automation Synergi Life – risk management
module (software solution) Security barrier management –
performance standards and bow-ties (from Safety best practices)
Cyber Security test facilities and services (SCADA, PLC, telecom..)
