is your business plan right
TRANSCRIPT
Is your business plan right?
It has been observed that most entrepreneurs are ambitious
They have made a wonderful plan which is successful as well
and now they want more success
They work extra hours and have constant pressure to perform which can exhaust even
the most passionate of individuals
Many business owners, even successful ones, get stuck working much longer hours
than their employees
Moreover, they fear that their business will stall in their absence, so they avoid taking
any long breaks away from work to recharge
When fatigue sets in, it can
lead to rash decisions being
made about the business,
including the desire to
abandon it completely
Finding a pace that keeps the business growing without burning out the CEO is a
challenge that comes early (and often) in the evolution of a small business in particular
What to doif this isyour situation?
Just remember that the strategic plan to achieve a goal of 10,000 is different than the
strategic plan to achieve 100,000.
With the plan to achieve one million you cannot achieve ten million and so on
With this in mind redefine your goal and then redefine your strategic plan accordingly
Make use of this
