rates of skin cancer! Between 95 and 99% of skin cancers in Australia are caused by exposure to the sun!

*Melanoma-the most dangerous form of skin cancer.

*Basal cell carcinoma.*Squamous cell carcinoma.

WHAT DOES SKIN CANCER LOOK LIKE?

Skin cancer looks like any crusty non-healing sores.

Small lumps that are red, pale or pearly in colour, thickness or shape over a period of weeks or months

PEOPLE AT HIGHER RISK OF SKIN CANCER ARE THOSE WHO?

*previously had a skin cancer or have a family history of skin cancer.

*Have a large number of moles on there skin.

*Have skin that is sensitive to UV radiation and burns easily.

*Spend lots of time outdoors unprotected.

*Work out doors!
