Section 1. Section 651.2 of the Civil Code of Guam is

"Section 651.2. Filing of Annual Reports. Except

for an organization that is entirely religious in cha-

racter, or a fraternal 6rganization operating under the

such as raffles and bingo games, every non-profit

organizatioh, including' but not lim~ted to a fraternal

b~ne fit.soc iety,. order Qr assoGiat ion operating.·under·.tne

lodge system, a corporation, association or society

organized' and operated for eleemosynary, scientific

or educational purposes, business lea~le, Chamber of

Co~nerce, .civil league, and an organization operating

for the benefit of the community and for toe promotion

of social welfare, shall cause to be published annually

within ninety days of the close of its fiscal year in a

newspaper of. general circulation in the territory of Guam

of its income and expenditures for the preceding. year
