Travel

Reaching the Hotel BLOOM! is easy. The hotel on rue Royale central Brussels is located beside the Brussels’ inner ring road and adjacent to the beautiful Botanic Gardens. It features a private parking for 110 cars. Brussels Airport is located at 12 km or 15 minutes by taxi with normal traffic.

Hotel BLOOM! is just 20 meters away from metro, trams and busses at Botanique and the nearest rail connection is Brussels-North/Brussel-Noord/Bruxelles-Nord station at 500 meters. Direct train connections are available between Brussels Airport and Brussels-North/Brussel-Noord/Bruxelles-Nord Station (3 trains per hour). The Thalys and Eurostar station is Brussels-South/Brussel-Zuid/Bruxelles-Midi at 3 km reachable by metro or via the direct train connections between the North and South stations.

Meeting Facilities Fee

The meeting facilities early fee is €500 if paid by Monday, September 21st, 2015. Thereafter, the standard facilities fee is €650 accepted.

An online registration and payment page (supporting VISA and Mastercard) will become available at http://www.jpeg.org/registration70.html (no later than Aug 31, 2015).

The facilities fee includes:

The climate is maritime temperate with significant precipitation in all seasons. The average temperature is lowest in January at 3 °C (37.4 °F) and highest in July at 18 °C (64.4 °F).
