UPDATE FOR IHC MEMBERS IHC Presidents Report – 3rd June 2020 Management of Club Rides and Activities
With the government easing the restrictions associated with the Covid-19 Pandemic the club committee has reviewed our activities and has agreed that along with weekday and impromp-tu rides, all Sunday rides and general meetings etc. will re-commence as from 14th July, 2020 as previously planned. Noting the following requirements:
The person organizing the ride will record the names of all riders, to avoid passing around the indemnity form and sharing pens etc. Social distancing and maximum numbers as defined by the government requirements are ad-hered to. Until further easing of social distancing requirements there will be a maximum of 60 mem-bers allowed in the club rooms for the meetings any excess numbers will have to remain out-side, hand sanitiser will be available at the door and supper will not be provided.
With many of our club members defined in the “at risk” category it is important that we take small steps forward and all necessary precautions to prevent harm to any of our members and their families, with that in mind if you are aware of any member (s) who needs help or sup-port during these times can you please let a member of the committee know so we can pro-vide assistance to them. It is great to get some form of normality back again and really looking forward to catching up with you all at the general meeting in July. IHC AGM
A reminder that the AGM will be held on to the 8th September 2020. Club Committee Positions In reviewing the committee positions ready for the AGM, the committee positions of the “Dating Officer and Licensing Liaison Officer” role has changed over the years and as such will be reviewed in line with the current and future requirements. Lease Extension
The Bunbury City Council and the IHC have recently renewed the 5-year lease over the land associated with the club shed. Historic Vehicle Stickers
Currently when a vehicle (motorbike) is examined and passed by the club machine examiner, they are provided with a yellow historic sticker free of charge. A cost of $5.00 is incurred for each additional sticker. Please continue to keep safe

BEVERLEY RE-ENACTMENT RUN The Beverley Re-enactment Run is on again, with the disappointing news of the cancelation of the Pre-31 Roaring Twenties you can now get out your vintage or veteran for this run on Sunday September 13th and don’t forget to book a hotel room if you intend to ride up on the day before the start time for the Saturday run will be 1.30pm and meet at the Karragullen Service Station on Brookton Hwy the run commemorates the first motorcycle road race in WA, for Pre 31 motorcycles only and entries on the day. The big-ticket items are 920 barrels and matched head, ported and polished with valve gear to suit. both are new I believe. No pistons. Also 850 headers (with balance pipe) new, I think. He is aiming to sell all as a package deal, not interested in splitting and mentioned the figure
