The “ Sexual Harassment at Workplace law” mandates that an establishment employing

women must:

• Provide a confidential channel of communication to report sexual harassment complaints.

• Set up a panel comprising primarily women to review the complaints.

• Carry out investigation and take appropriate actions both within 90 days

• Maintain a comprehensive record of the complaint received, investigation carried out and action taken.
