The recording and movement of PAR forms becomes seamless, quick and convenient due to inbuilt alert mechanisms.
- The DoPT has amended the AIl India Service (Performance Appraisal Report) Rules, 2007 making the efilling of PAR mandatory.

Digital Signature Certificate (Require Class-II

1) Plug DSC , click Enroll , click DSC Registration, to register DSC as shown in below image
Note: Use Only Browser IE (Internet Expolrer) & Mozilla( ) For DSC Registration.( Click Here DSC Handbook ) Or Steps for DSC Troubleshooting:-Step 1: Install DSC Token Driver and latest java 32 bit version (Previous version should be uninstalled).Step 2: Open java.com/verify to java.Step 3: Plug DSC into system to work with.Step 4: Verify the certificate are being listed in DSC driver.
2) Enter PIN number and click OK() as shown in Below image

Error in Section-I of PAR may be reported to the custodian

Officer can also upload any supporting documents in pdf format up to 3 mb by clicking Browse button.
Submit (Send to Reporting/Reviewing/Accepting Authority).
On clicking Submit button, a window asking DSC or Aadhar OTP will appear
“Once the form is submitted, data will not be changed.”
Filling the self appraisal/ grading of subordinates can be delegated to PA
Dictations to be given to PA
PA will enter the details with his own NIC ID
Thereafter the details are to be verified by concerned officer.
Standard time-schedule is prescribed for PAR process
Custodian can monitor the status of PAR and force forward the PAR to higher authority, if completed in time.
Proposed amendment in AIS (PAR) Rules will provide for system based Auto forward.
