Your finance options.

Choosing your new Audi may not be easy but deciding which way to pay for it is.

If you are buying your car for personal use, there are two options: Solutions or

hire purchase.

With Solutions, your regular repayments are fixed. You defer the repayment of

a portion of the car’s current value until the end of the agreement, so that your

repayments are lower than the hire purchase option. This enables you to get a

higher specification model, or reduce your outgoings. You can also choose to

buy your Audi at the end of the agreement – either in cash or by refinancing the

remaining amount.

Hire purchase works slightly differently. You simply put down a deposit and

the remaining balance is divided equally over the term of the loan. It’s ideal

if you want ownership of the car. You can also choose longer repayment

periods – up to 60 months. Contents

Audi Insurance will send a cover note to your Audi Centre, enabling them

touch with us. It’s quick and simple, and insurance can begin as soon as

your free cover expires.

Our annual car insurance policies are designed with you in mind.

Features that other insurers may charge for, come as standard in an

Audi Insurance policy. And if you do need to make a claim your car will

be repaired to our exacting standards – just as you’d want and expect.

Standard features.

• Repairs will be carried out by Audi trained technicians in Audi approved

repairers using only genuine parts. This will ensure that your car is repaired

to original factory specifications so the safety, security, integrity, value

and visual appearance of your car will remain unaffected in the event of

an accident. Plus we guarantee the quality of our repairs for three years,

which is another thing off your mind.

• We’ll ensure that your mobility is unaffected in the event of an accident

– no matter who is to blame. Whilst your car is being repaired by an Audi

approved repairer you will have a car at your disposal so you can still get to

work or the shops.

• We take responsibility for the recovery of you and your car after an

accident, theft or vandalism. We’ll get you (and your passengers)

to your destination or back home and then look after your car too.

• In the event of an accident we’ll replace all damaged child seats

in the car. We appreciate how precious your cargo is and we

don’t want you to worry about their future safety.

• Motoring legal advice is available 24 hours a day, seven days a

week and is only a phone call away.

Gap insurance.Precision protection. In the event of your car being stolen, and not recovered, or written off in an

accident there could be a difference between what you paid for it or what is

outstanding on your finance and the motor insurance company’s settlement.

We think you deserve another new Audi if yours is no longer with us. Our gap

insurance (also known as guaranteed asset protection) helps to bridge the

payment gap between the settlement amount from your motor insurer and

the original purchase price of your car or the outstanding finance. So the

additional worry of finding the money to purchase a replacement Audi could

be taken away.

How does gap insurance work?

If, for example, you purchased a vehicle costing £25,000 and it is written off

after 15 months, your motor insurer may only pay out the current market

value which might be £20,000.

To replace your Audi with another model worth £25,000 you will need to

find £5,000. However, with our return to invoice price cover we could pay

you the missing £5,000.

With our outstanding finance product the gap insurance payment would only

be sufficient to cover any charges (up to a maximum of £10,000) that would

need to be paid in order to fully settle your finance agreement.

Fixed-cost maintenance.

Fixed-cost maintenance but with the flexibility of three different plans to

suit your individual requirements. These plans all help you to budget for

servicing and to reduce any unexpected bills:

• the Service Only plan

• the Service and Maintenance plan

• the Service, Maintenance and Tyres plan.

The annual mileage can be customised between 5,000 miles and 40,000

miles a year (not exceeding 120,000 in total), so that you pay only for what

you are likely to need.

For your convenience, you can choose to pay by direct debit, a one-off

payment, or add it to your finance agreement.

Audi Trained Technicians will work on your car using Audi Genuine Parts® and

equipment, so you know that it’s receiving the highest levels of service. If

you have any questions or would like a personal quotation, please speak to

your local Audi Centre. A summary of what the plans include follows.

Breakdown assistance

Cover your Audi with breakdown assistance, recovery and

onward travel.

From new, Audi supply Audi Assist cover for the first three

years on all cars (subject to terms and conditions). This

cover is automatically extended by Audi Finance for the

fourth year (if applicable) when you choose the Service and

Maintenance or Service, Maintenance and Tyres plan.
