TechnologySince the beginning of production in 1997, IVC has continuously invested in new technology, extra capacity and in ever greater efficiency measures. In a competitive market, IVC claims to constantly keep one step ahead of the competition. That is why the IVC team is always prepared to go that extra step.Maximum flexibility are the key words in responding to the specific requirements of our customers. Our state-of-the-art machinery is capable of producing the widest range of product offer. This technical advance allied with the commitment and the professionalism of our production team results in an optimal price/quality relationship.

QualityThe first objective is to produce a top quality product. The second is to constantly strive for a better and consistent production. Every aspect of the manufacturing process is submitted to detailed and thorough quality control analysis. By measuring all of the different parameters that are important in the creation of a quality product, we learn more and do better. Quality is a team effort and a joint responsibility of every department within the company, together with all of our raw material suppliers. This strict quality control makes IVC a most reliable partner for its customers. In the research and development department we have an on-going programme seeking to improve our products and to create new qualities and constructions, which offer a real added value to our customers.

Why choose Itec® Contract Floors?

• Itec® Contract Floors are easy and economical to clean: by using an extra protection layer (PUR Hyperguard+) on top of the standard durable layer, less water and detergents are needed;• Itec® Contract Floors are a strong thermal insulator: this leads to lower energy consumption, which means a significant reduction in environmental impact;• Itec® Contract Floors fulfill the most stringent emission standards: all our products comply with the European Standards for LOW VOC emissions, as well as the German AgBB.• The production of Itec® Contract Floors requires a limited consumption of energy: by using raw materials and energy in a very efficient way, we are able to keep environmental impact to a minimum. This is an important parameter in the analysis of a product life cycle (LCA);• Itec® Contract Floors are durable and can be completely recycled (100%) • Itec® Contract Floors are hygienic: our vinyl flooring has a unique characteristic that restricts the growth of bacteria and mildew.

A closer look at the environmental aspect:

As a company, we understand that an integrated environmental policy is our responsibility to the future. We hold ourselves accountable for producing products according to environmental standards with the goal of reducing our carbon footprint. Methodical controlled tests are carried out and reviewed every day to make sure our manufacturing processes meet all International Standards. IVC group meets these requirements by performing the following actions: • Minimizing water consumption by permanent follow up and sensitizing; • Using of a closed cooling-water system;• No industrial waste water from the production of vinyl. All waste water from side processes is systematically collected and drained for specialized processing; • Itec® meets the most stringent European air pollution standards. Air is purified and dust in and around the factory are minimized;• Maximum waste prevention and waste recycling, selection of all waste flows in order to boost revaluation;• Minimizing the use of packing materials;• Ongoing cutbacks in energy consumption by means of continuous energy audits; • By recovering as much energy as possible within our own production process, we reduce our CO2 emissions and make an active contribution to fighting global warming.
