Functions:

• Fast, flexible operation without external power

supply – ideal for service jobs

• Easy-to-use adjustment of torque and high or low

gear on the digital display

• Automatic free-run: Once the previously set torque

value has been reached the ADS automatically

initiates “free-run”, relieving torsional binding at

the reaction point for easy and safe removal of the

tool after each bolting process.

• 2 gear stages for the changing between low and

high gear

• High degree of reproducibility of the pre-load force

up to ± 3 %*

• Independent rotation between handle and gearbox

ensures steady and optimal positioning of the ITH

ADS.

Battery power:

• The long-life Li-ion battery is capable of up to 80

bolt cycles (ADS 75, M30, 500 Nm)

• Battery status indicator via 4 LEDs on the battery

• The quick-charge station is available for 230 V or

110 V, each 50 Hz or 60 Hz

• Included with the ADS Nut Runner and battery is

an additional batter and quick-charger battery

station.
