FILE

•Complete change of details form and send to Administrator.

•If change of bank details complete change form and send to HR as per current practice.

•Receive change of details form and update information in iTrent.

• File change of details form.

• Employee phones Manager to notify of sickness.

• Informs Administrator by email of sickness.

• Enters sickness absence details into iTrent

•Check and amend working pattern for absence period

•Update iTrent with any further absence certification details received.

• Informs Administrator by email of sickness end date.

• Enters sickness end date into iTrent.

• If additional information re payroll send copy of form with payroll pack

• Request return of keys, uniform, phones in line with line managers instructions.
