Note!

This software requires Windows Vista or a later version of the standard Windows operating system, running on an IA-32 or x64 computer.

It is NOT compatible with Windows RT, Windows Mobile, Windows CE or any other special version of Windows.

An Internet connection may be required to install the software.

ITW GSE Service Tool automatically detects the type of equipment it is connecting too.

Step 1: Press ”Menu” & ”Settings” Step 2: Add ”Name” & ”IPv4 Address”

Step 4: Select ”IP Address” & press ”Connect” Step 3: Select Connection ”TCP/IP”

Note!If no units are responding

you’ll get an error message.

Step 1: Select ”File” & press ”Select File” Step 2: Browse / Select and open the desired file

Note!

All *.csv unit related files can be opened.

”Main View” tab shows parameters from the Unit.

Note!

Only Main View screen picture will differ depending on selected connection.

Pressing the ”File” and the ”Save” tabs, saves a .txt file containing:

Main View parameters / Setup Values / Black Box / Power Log

Setup Values

”Setup Values” tab shows setup parameters from the Unit.

Black Box

”Black Box” tab opens a list of records from the Unit.

Pressing ”Show” tab opens detailed failure parameter window.

Note!

Pressing ”update” forces the Service Tool to update Black Box list from the Unit (no update in File view).

Power Log”Power Log” tab opens a list of records from the Unit.

Power Log only contains few parameters, so no additional window can be displayed.

Pressing ”update” forces the Service Tool to update Power Log list from the GPU (no update in Unitview).

ITW GSE does not recommend to reset Logs as all unit Black Box & Power Log will be erased

Pressing ”Reset Logs” reset all logs (no effect in File View).
