When this persecution sets in as the mid point of the tribulation begins God tells the JEW and all other tribulation believers to flee to a place that he has prepared.

How does she know where to go?

(Dan 7:25) And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of

(Isa 40:30-31) Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon

the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be

weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

(Mat 24:15-21) When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy

place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: Let him which is on the housetop not come down

to take any thing out of his house: Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. And woe unto

them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: For then shall be great

tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no,

nor ever shall be.

(Heb 6:4-7) For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and

were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If

they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they

crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth

forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:

(Jas 5:14-15) Is any sick among you? let him call for

the elders of the church; and let them pray over him,

anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the

prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise

him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be

forgiven him.

some have entertained angels unawares.

D. Exposing

the prophecy

Page 29: IV. Running to Petra (Rev 12:6) And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there

(Isa 65:9) And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an

inheritor of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my

servants shall dwell there.

(Isa 65:10) And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for my people that have sought me.

(Isa 65:11) But ye are they that forsake the LORD, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that

troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number.

Page 30: IV. Running to Petra (Rev 12:6) And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there

(Isa 33:14-17) The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us

shall dwell with everlasting burnings? He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of

oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil; He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be

the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be

sure. Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the

land that is very far off.

Page 31: IV. Running to Petra (Rev 12:6) And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there

(Isa 26:20) Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until

the indignation be overpast.

(Isa 26:21) For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish

the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover

her slain.

South of Bozrah, 20 some miles on the King's Highway, is Petra, Tourists to this vast mountain-enclosed ancient city in the Wadi Musa generally enter from the east on foot or on horseback through El Siq, an 6000 feet long narrow cleft (width: 12-30 feet) with 100-500 foot high cliff walls. Tombs and houses carved into the bed rock over a vast area at Petra would be suitable for temporarily housing many thousands of people. Mt. Hor is nearby, where Aaron died after Moses passed the high priestly garments of Aaron on to Eliezer in the sight of the congregation (Numbers 20:23-29).

NOTES

The route of escape for the Jewish believing remnant from Antichrist's military pursuit as he seeks to annihilate them, has been made ready by the Lord:

He [the last king of the North] will also invade the Beautiful Land. Many countries will fall, but Edom, Moab and the leaders of Ammon will be delivered from his hand. (Daniel 11:41)

Page 37: IV. Running to Petra (Rev 12:6) And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there

King’s Highway

(Num 20:17) Let us pass, I pray thee,

through thy country: we will not pass through the

fields, or through the vineyards, neither will

we drink of the water of the wells: we will go by the king's high way, we will not turn to the right hand nor to the left, until

we have passed thy borders.

Page 38: IV. Running to Petra (Rev 12:6) And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there

(Isa 11:16) And there shall be an highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from

Assyria; like as it was to Israel in the day

that he came up out of the land of

Egypt.

Page 39: IV.

(Jdg 5:1-5) Then sang Deborah and Barak the son of Abinoam on that

day, saying, Praise ye the LORD for the avenging of Israel, when the people willingly offered themselves.

Hear, O ye kings; give ear, O ye princes; I, even I, will sing unto the LORD; I will sing praise to the LORD God of Israel. LORD, when thou wentest out of Seir, when thou

marchedst out of the field of Edom, the earth trembled, and the

heavens dropped, the clouds also dropped water. The mountains

melted from before the LORD, even that Sinai from before the LORD

God of Israel.

(Hab 3:3-4) God came from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah.

His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was

full of his praise. And his brightness was as the light; he

had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the

hiding of his power.

Then to Teman

(Mic 2:13) The breaker is come up before them:

they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the LORD on the head

of them.

(Isa 63:1) Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from

Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in

the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to

save.

Then to Edom
