Ivan A. Schumann, acquired his Bachelor of Science degree from Crossroads Bible College in2007, graduating in the upper third of the class. He has shown his strength of character bydemonstrating traits our school supports including: respect, responsibility, caring, honesty,trustworthiness, fairness, initiative, teamwork, courage and perseverance.

Crossroads Bible College supports the biblical development and "Training Christian Leaders toReach a Multiethnic Urban World for Christ" which represents the vision of this school. Ivanstands out in his service to others. He has volunteered extensively with the Hispanic Latinocommunity in the Indianapolis area and has a great understanding of the various needs of thisgroup. His personal experiences have given him a broader understanding of the world and heclearly has goals to continue to develop his skills and talents to help others. As former executivedirector of the Indianapolis Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and as assistant producer of WISHTV channel 8 Religion in the NEWS he has used his media contacts to assist Crossroads BibleCollege in its goal of community awareness.
