EMPLOYEE DETAILS

This form is used to enter the total information about a room such as room_no, room_type, etc.

CREDIT CARD CHARGE RECORD
This form presents the charge record to the guest and receive the sign on it and check the validity of the card.
The housekeeping staff make a physical check of all rooms in the hotel to ascertain their status in term of whether they are occupied or not.This status is entered into the house keeping list.

This form display’s the status of the room ie., Whether the room is occupied or vacant.
VIP AMENITIES VOUCHER
This form helps to keep track of all the services that are to provided to the VIPs. By means of this, the Housekeeping Department provides quick and efficient services to all the VIPs.

This card is given to the guest at the arrival time and returned back at departure time.

This form is filled by lobby manager and sign is taken of guest who want to pay in foreign currency or cheque.

Night auditor collect all bills from telephone operator, bar/ restaurant bill etc, and prepare a bill for guest at departure time.

VISITOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Overview The Visitor Pass Management software deals with
effective control, record maintenance and printing of gate passes for visitors to prevent the entry of any unauthorized or unwanted person entering the premises and keeping the tab on the authorized visitor visiting the area he/she is permitted to move in, meeting the person he/she is allowed to meet and avoid unwanted movement in the premises.
The flexible architecture of Visitor Pass Management allows various people in the organization to directly access the data they need. Naturally, the Visitor Pass Management ’s Security System Permits authorized persons to have access to only the limited data to which they have been rights.

This module is normally installed on the Security Administrator PC. It consists of menus where the administrator can define

Security Gate Module
The Security Gate module is installed at the main entrance of the premises
It facilitates the admin staff at the security gate to register the visitors details with photograph and also send the notification to the employee sitting inside the premises (optional). The system will print visitor pass with name of visitor and other details. The visitor can display the pass by hanging around the neck.
Notification Client
The Host module is installed at different PC’s on the network.
Security can inform the person about the visitor through the security gate module.
The employee can view photograph of the visitor and can send the response back to security through this module.
