As for project development involving representatives in Povolzhsky Federal District (PFD), plans are to expand the number of services suppliers up to 1500-1600 by the end of 2014 (1 representative office will add 15-20 companies * 14 regions of PFD * 6 months till the end of the year), which will let us boost the returns and revenues of the company. With the help of advertising and promotion plans are to expand the number of users up to 100 000 a month (at the moment with no advertising and promotion 230 users are registered monthly * 14 regions of PFD * 6 months = 19320; with the help of advertising; information on the back of receipts this number will grow at least 5 times; the price of receipts will be 650 000 roubles a month per PFD region), which will finally lead to growth of number of transactions.

Company development and advantages for Clients:

Company development:

• Extension of the number of transaction. Assumed size in Samara (provided 5% market penetration and 5000 roubles average cheque) will be 250 mln roubles a month. Thus, share of revenue in Samara only will be 2,5 mln roubles a month. Projected circulation in Povolzhsky Federal District with the same market penetration and average cheque will be 7,5 billion roubles a month and the company’s share will be 75 mln roubles.

• Attraction of new clients – entities (homeowners associations and managing companies) which will lead to the growth of numbers of users and transactions flow.

• Cross-promotion: in the personal cabinet on izkh.ru there is a possibility of placement of ads of banks, interner providers etc. at extra cost.

Action-plan of the project:

• Project Scaling in Povolzhsky Federal District (delivery time: October-November 2015 involving 70-80% of services suppliers in the housing and communal sphere)

One of the priorities is the promotion of the project in the regions of Povolzhsky Feredal District with population of 30 mln people. Starting July 2014 planning to establish representatives offices in 14 regions of PFD and to continue setting up contracts with new homeowners associations (HA) and managing companies (MC). Target numbers by the end of 2014 including PFD regions are: 1500 contracts with HAs and MCs, 100 000 users of the service and 500 mln monthly circulation.

• Development of payment terminals network in PFD (delivery time: May 2015 involving 100% of PFD payment terminals network)

iZKH company has positive experience of working with payment terminal networks. In April 2014 “Kit” network was connected with, and iZKH was added to the suppliers of services. In June 2014 suppliers of services will be included into “One.Touch” system. Negotiations with the major payment terminals networks of PFD are being held. Target numbers by the end of 2014 are 1mln roubles of monthly circulation via each network.

• Supplier storefronts (delivery time: August 2014)

Huge interest to iZKH’s pool of suppliers is shown by supplier storefronts Yandex.Money, [email protected], Greenpay.ru, Webmoney who are going to have an access to the suppliers’ database for integration. Clients will be able to pay for the provided services with Yandex, Mail.ru Group etc. products, which will lead to rise in company’s users and circulation. Monthly target number by the end of 2014 is 3 mln roubles via each service.

• Electronic Housing and Communal Services in PFD (delivery time: December 2014)

Within the execution of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation №1468 all the homeowners association and managing companies are obliged to open all the information about their activity on specialized internet resources and assure it with an electronic digital signature. iZKH is offering services of getting an electronic digital signature, data input and maintenance. Target numer by the end of 2014 is 700 homeowners associations and managing companies.

Target audience of “iZKH” includes owners of real properly and principal tenants who pay their utility bills monthly and are active smartphone and internet users. User portrait Demographic profile: men and women aged 22-45 (core audience) with middle/high income, citizens of large cities and business centers with population 500 000+ people. People who do not have enough time for paying for services they get in a bank or at post office. Skills: competent computer or smartphone user who pays for goods and services with a credit ard or e-money on the Internet every month.
