Housing InformationBellevue College (BC) is building on-campus dormitories. The dormitory building project is expected to be finished and serve BC students and scholars starting Fall 2018. At this moment, BC does not have dormitories or on-campus housing. If your home university or institution does not assist with housing, it is your responsibility to find housing. BC students live in a variety of housing arrangements depending on their needs including apartments, hotels, and homestays.

Housing OptionsApartments: Several apartments are near the campus and within walking distance of the college or a short bus ride away. It is best to apply at least two months before you arrive as apartments are in great demand. Please note that furniture is not included in apartment rentals. When you rent an apartment, be sure you understand the lease agreement before you sign. Many lease agreements are for six months or one year.

Hotels: Few hotel choices are available close to the campus. Please note that you will also need to arrange for a shuttle or taxi/cab to take you to these hotels. Remember to ask for promotional rates when booking a room.

Homestays: If you wish to arrange homestay, please contact one of the three housing companies directly to arrange your housing. Housing companies normally need at least 30 days before your expected arrival date to arrange your housing. Otherwise, you may be required to stay at a local hotel at your own expense until your housing is secured.
