As soon as you join for our CAFC N20 course, you have to view the lectures

from Week 1 – Day 1 onwards.

For your reference, we are attaching all the timetables for you – WEEK WISE. It

will be available after the current week’s timetable. Please scroll down to find

the same.

It will be arranged in descending sequence in order to avoid confusion.

For Example – last one will be Week 1, above it will be Week 2 and so on.

We will be delivering learning through our new online portal:

A detailed explanation for using the online portal is given from Page 2

onwards followed by the details related to our helpline numbers and LIVE

doubt solving sessions.

Standard Operating Requirements

The online learning platform for student is available on https://online.jkshahclasses.com. The platform

is accessible to all JK Shah Classes Students.

Here is the procedure to access the platform. Verify each step before you proceed to the next step.

Step 1: Open Chrome/Firefox/Safari browser on your computer or on mobile. You should

not use any other browser.

Verify Step 1:

a. Check if the version of the browser is given below

1. Google Chrome –Windows 10 Version 80.0.3987.162 (Official Build) (64-bit); Android

Version 80.0.3987.149

2. Safari IOS 12.4.6

3. Firefox 74.0 (64-bit)

b. Clear Cache of the browser. (You can google for finding out how to clear cache of your

browser)

c. Ensure your internet bandwidth is at least 2 MBPS for a seamless experience. The lesser

bandwidth will give you slow browsing experience.

Step 2: Type in the URL: https://online.jkshahclasses.com

Verify Step 2:

a. Please ensure that the URL section has https. The S is important in the URL.

b. The S indicates that the site is secured.

The User ID and Password is required for signing into the platform. In case you do not have

the password then follow Steps 3, 4, and 5. If you already generated the password then sign

into the platform using Step 6.

Step 3: Type the User ID (Registered Mobile Number) and Click Generate/Forgot Password

a. Please ensure that the mobile number that you type in is same as the one that you registered

during admission.

b. In case the number has been changed, then you can attempt to update the new number in

the system by providing either the earlier registered mobile number or email ID.

c. If the number /email entered by you matches with records, the system will ask you to enter

the new mobile number, and send you the OTP on the new mobile number. Once the OTP is

verified, your new mobile number is updated in the system. You will now be able to login using

the new number.

Step 4: Type in the received OTP and verify to Generate Password.

If you are not receiving the OTP due to issues at your service providers end, please update the

complaint sheet as defined below. Our team will contact you and help you login. We have observed

that during this lockdown, sms are not being delivered.

Verify Step 4:

a. Ensure that the OTP is correctly entered.

Step 5: Generate Password.

Verify Step 5:

a. Password and confirm password is the same.

b. Do not share the generated password with anyone.

Step 6: Log in using the User Id and Password.

Verify Step 6:

a. User your registered mobile number and password.

b. Password is case sensitive and hence check if the typed password is correct.

Step 7: Choose Video Language Option. (The videos are either entirely in one Language (like English)

or Mixed Language (like Hindi + English))

Verify Step 7:

a. Choose the appropriate language of the videos.

b. You can change the language option for each chapter on the same page

Step 8: Select the Subject (Paper) on the dashboard. Alternatively you can go to My Library page

available on the top.

Verify Step 8:

a. The content has not expired.

b. The hours viewed has not exhausted the allocated hours.

c. Contact your branch in case the content has expired or exhausted.

Step 9: Click on the Subject (paper) link to open the content page for viewing the list of videos and

playing it.

Verify Step 9:

a. The language selection is as per the choice selected upon signing in for the first time.

b. Change the language option in case required.

c. In case the content option is not available, the content will be visible in the single available

language.

Step 10: Choose the video to be played. Control the video player screen

Verify Step 10:

• In case the video player screen menu us not visible on your mobile browser, then

change the setting on the mobile browser to “Request Desktop Site”/ “Desktop Site”.

• Search on google on how to change the site
