Incorporated in the year 2008, we, J.R. Furnace & Ovens (P) Ltd., are amongstthe leading manufacturers, suppliers of a precision engineered range ofIndustrial Furnaces, Rotary Kilns and Ovens. These are extensively used in variedindustries such as automotive, metallurgical and forging for various heatingapplications like sintering, soldering, braising, annealing, hardening &tempering. Designed by our team of experienced team of engineers, techniciansand production managers; these are widely appreciated for their high endfeatures such as less oil/power consumption, consistent performance, lowmaintenance and simple designs. Owing to our vast manufacturing unit that is spread over a large area of 8,000square feet and equipped with latest machines, we are able to produce 5furnaces and 2 ovens per month resulting in increasing the production rate.Further at our quality testing unit, we have employed highly qualified qualitycontrollers, who conduct various tests on parameters like corrosion resistance,dimensions, resistance towards different weather conditions and chemicalresistance. These stringent quality checks ensure that our complete productrange is in compliance with international quality standards. We have carved a niche for ourselves, under the able guidance of our owner Mr.Ramesh, who has an extensive industry experience of 15 years.
