21.45 Hrs-22.15 Hrs - Alumni can see the campus; roam around (Relive their College life by recollecting the memories)

Communication with Alumni:

Older batches: Contact through GP office. Get the numbers and email addresses. Shoot out mails and make calls. Try to find contacts of few people and then, get more contacts of others from them to make a chain of contacts and convince them to come. Entire team would have to spend time making calls.Junior batches: Calls, emails and social media platform such as Facebook. Form an event page inviting 1800 alumni base. If we get sponsorship, we would like to host an after party outside the campus which would make the Alumni stay till the end of the event.Middle batches: Calls, emails and social media platforms such as Facebook to be used. Holding events and games for their family members. Involving and engaging them to help them retain till the end.Calls would have to begin a month prior to the event along with the mails.Creating Alumni Meet Event Page on FacebookAlums would also be contacted using LinkedIn

Sponsorship: Target Alums, of the companies that have been involved for sponsorships with MDI in the past. Target Alums which are in senior positions of reputed organizations and companies, since they can influence and help rope in money for the event. Target Alums who have recently turned into entrepreneurs and would like to publicize their business venture at a good platform where people from various reputed industries and companies would be present.

Platinum Sponsorship Benefits

1. In all the reports published before and during the event in print media, the name of the sponsor as Platinum Sponsor will be prominently displayed.2. The logo of the sponsor will be displayed on the official Alumni Meet website/portal which will be

used by the entire Alumni batches for pre-event registration.3. All the Banners and Posters of Alumni Meet-2014 will prominently feature “the sponsor: Proud Platinum Sponsor of Alumni Meet-2014” which would be placed at strategic locations on the campus.4. All media coverage of the event will prominently include the name of Platinum Sponsor.5. A full page advertisement of the sponsor will be incorporated in Souvenir that is to be distributed

to all the participants.6. Any short video clip/presentation of up to 1 minute duration provided by the sponsor having information about the sponsor`s projects and future work may be played during the meet.7. Regular announcement will be made during the proceedings of the Meet about the Platinum Sponsorship by the sponsor.8. Platinum sponsor can nominate 5 representatives to attend the Alumni Meet-2014.

Gold Sponsorship Benefits

1. In all the reports published before and during the event in print media the name of the sponsor as Gold Sponsor will be prominently displayed.2. All the Banners and Posters of Alumni Meet-2014 will prominently feature “the sponsor: Proud Golden Sponsor of Alumni Meet-2014” which would be placed at strategic locations in the Institute.3.
