TSI TestingThinking about taking Dual Enrollment Classes next year? How about even this summer? You must take the TSI Test before April 26thto enroll in Dual Enrollment Courses with ACC. Alvin High School will be offering a TSI Saturday Test Date on February 23rd. The testbegins promptly at 7:30 am in the AHS Library. You only need to pay for the sections of the test that you have not passed. If you needto take only 1 section of the test the cost is $15. Price for 2 sections up to the full test is $25. Seating is limited for this test. See acounselor to register while seats are available.

Class of 2021Listen up, sophomores! Class of 2021 t-shirts are on sale this today and tomorrow during power hour for ONLY $12! You can get yoursat the cafeteria stage during Power Hour! Come grab one before prices go back up to $20. See Mrs. Pennington in CM128 or one ofyour sophomore class officers for more details.

Say SomethingDuring the week of February 25th through March 1st, your child will be taking part in Say Something Week at Alvin High School. Wewill be discussing how to recognize warning signs, signals, and threats of potential violence and the importance of telling a trustedadult. Homeruns for HeroesAlvin High School Baseball would like invite you out on February 26th at 6:00 pm for Homeruns for Heroes Night. They will berecognizing our Military and First Responders. Come out and support your community and enjoy the ball game. For moreinformation, see the flyer below.

Change 4 ChickenChange 4 Chicken is a class competition to raise money to buy food and supplies for the AHS food pantry, The Jacket Snacket. Theclass that donates the most money will receive a Chick Fil A party on March 6th.

ACC Amazing RaceSeniors if you are interested ACC will be hosting The Amazing Race to College again this year. This is a great opportunity to go on aself-paced tour and enjoy activities around the campus and lunch at ACC. You can pick up a permission slip or turn yours in to Ms.

O’Rosky in B 108. Information has been provided in the Senior homerooms.
