Present - The Legal Consortium (since November 2014) – formerly known as Akita Consultancy.

Achievements and responsibilities

- Working in a team of 6 for a marketing accounts team. Given the responsibility of controlling English and Scottish solicitor accounts which deals with RTA's, Employment liability, Public and occupiers liability claims.

- Manage monthly targets for solicitors by hitting certain numbers and targets for introducers on a weekly basis. Make sure we are on top of all key performance indicators to meet marketing agreements with solicitors we use around the country.

- Provide full updates daily by communicating with directors, office managers and file handlers in specific time frames.

- Arranging and rescheduling appointments for client’s home visits, chasing confirmation of success and putting them in the right direction for medicals.

-Keep databases and spreadsheets up to date daily whilst working on ICM portals to provide the correct documentation to the correct teams.

-Consolidating clients, informing them of the laws and regulations. Hot keying to solicitor firms. Making business decisions quickly on the phone depending on the customer’s details.

-Overcoming objections and following up on rejections to try and sell a service that we provide, Tracking the clients profile to improve conversion rates and maximise commission

-Trusted with the responsibility of issuing and checking invoices. Payments made weekly in significant sums.

GBW Plumbing - Assistant and emailing invoices, taking calls and diarising appointments and jobs using the company's website,. (2009 - 2012)

De Vere group: Village Hotel Fitness and leisure - Marketing, sales and operations as part of Work Placement. (Feb - May 2012)

Global Marketing strategies: Door to Door Sales - selling ADT security alarms packages and then moved onto the One call internet campaign. filling out forms and overcoming objections.

M&R Marketing / kk Marketing Telesales: March 2014

Outbound sales representative: pitched customers with a mixture of cold calling and lead following. Handled objections and diarised call-backs for team leaders.

Team leader: Managed a team of 6. Responsibilities included taking over successful calls and consolidating them. Checking performance levels for the team by looking at data of calls. One to ones each week to talk about targets and performance and meetings with managers.

Voluntary Placement (Marketing, Sales and Operations (Feb - April 2012)

Based mainly in Warrington Village hotel with travel around the country under the supervision of Chris Southall.

Roles: Mystery shopping competitors, analysing the way they handle and tour customers

aswell the facilities they offer. Office work: emailing businesses local to the village containing promotions and

corporate opportunities. Marketing: Created two ideas for a three-day open which could potentially be used

to bring in new leads and customers. Also worked on new referral ideas which were all related to the theme used by the village at the time.

Visited different hotels and analysed the unique selling point. Made improvements on how to market the programme and thought of ways to help perform the sessions.

Attended Quarterly meetings for the North region of hotels with the regional Director Tony Johnson where minutes were taken and discussed ideas with different area managers on how they could improve on their targets giving insight into what is required when running a large company.

- Passing a two day sales course with the Midlands’s director of De Vere, Danielle Taft, this included a test at the end where I passed with a score of 99%. which took place with managers across the country.

Interests One major interest is football and I regularly play and watch. I played at professional standard from the age of 13-18 for teams including Liverpool, Chester City and Crewe Alexandra. Aside from football I like to socialise with friends and family, enjoy social media and attending music events.
