Dear Donna & Friends at Northern Illinois Food Bank, We are very thankful for allowing us to create a fundraiser event to benefit your organization and its positive impact on the northern Illinois communities. We chose Northern Illinois Food Bank because of your values and commitment to helping your community. We feel passionately about your mission to help serve those in need. This letter was designed to help outline the minute details of the event. To help ensure that this event is a success, several committees such as Advertising, Budget, Event Site/Food/Beverage, Website, Public Relations, Charity Liaison, Thank You Committee, Decor/On-Site Reception/Check- In, Silent Auction, and Entertainment have all been developed. “Jammin with Jane” will be held on Friday, December 7th at Bird’s Nest 2500 N. Southport. The event will run from 6 - 8PM and will include a night filled with live entertainment, appetizers, drinks, and a silent auction with proceeds going to your organization. Prior to any commitments for the event, we need final approval from your party concerning the following: -Silent Auction Solicitation Letters -Response Forms -Press Releases Also to assist in the process, we require the following from you: -Promotional Materials -Website Access -501c(3) form -Tax exempt letter -Mailing list -Pertinent information (if needed) -Images of clients and/or graphics for advertising and promotional purposes Thank you again for agreeing to work with us on an amazing opportunity for your organization.
