1/2/2013 18:19 THEFT 6815 RUSTIC ST NOn January 2, 2013, at 02:40 p.m. HCC Police Officer's received a call regarding a stolen laptop from the HCC Police office located inside the Angela Moralesbuilding located at 6815 Rustic Street, Houston Texas 77087. After investigation it was determined that a theft had occurred. The stolen laptop was a personal computer that belonged to a HCC Police Officer. The stolen laptopwas valued at $ 789.99. HCC Police completed a theft report and gave the reportee a copy of the HCC case number for his insurance company.

1/4/2013 15:25 ASSLT CAUSES BODILY INJ 6815 RUSTIC ST NOn January 04, 2012, at 2:21 p.m. HCC Police received a call from the dispatcher regarding a fight in progress inside the Learning Hub building located at 6815Rustic Street. Officer's arrived at 2:43 p.m. and found a female HCC employee who was bitten on the arm. The employee refused to be transported to the hospital.The suspect was gone upon officer's arrival. HCC Police conducted an investigation and found that an assault did occur. No arrest have been made at this time.

1/8/2013 18:25 Assist Other Agency 3100 MAIN ST NOn January 8, 2013 at approximately 5:05pm, HCC Central Campus Police were dispatched to 3100 Main Street regarding an Auto theft report. HCC Police arrivedat 5:09pm and discovered that an HCC Contractors' vehicle was stolen from an HCC Student parking lot located at the 900 Block of Rosalie Street. Upon furtherinvestigation, HCC Police were informed that HPD Auto Theft Division contacted the victim, recovered the vehicle, arrested a suspect, and will release the vehicleback to owner.

Officers also checked therest of the building for any additional unsecured doors or signs of forced entry.

Boney Building at Central Campus. Officers observed a male suspect fleeing the scene. After a brief foot pursuit, the suspect was taken into custody andcharged with Assault and Evading Arrest. HCC Officers contacted Harris County DA's office and took charges for Assault with Bodily Injury and Felony EvadingArrest.
