Homework Helpers

Mondays & Thursdays

4:30 - 6:30 pm

No registration will be required to participate in this

free service. We do recommend that you call ahead

Community Garden Meeting

Fifty raised garden beds are coming to property owned by

the Elmora Branch Library. The property is located on

Bellevue Street (next to the library parking lot). The garden

beds will be available to experienced and novice gardeners

at no fee. Bedding plants and gardening tools

will be available.

Need an ID?

The Elizabeth City Council passed an ordinance on Nov 9, 2016, to establish a City of Elizabeth Municipal Identification Card program. As the municipality with the fourth largest population in New Jersey, with this program the City seeks to support our expanding and diverse community.

You must call for appointment 908-820-4298 Call for an appointment M-F, 12-5 pm

Cards will cost $15 each Only Money Orders (available at Post Office) will

be accepted. Appointments will be available M-Th, 12-8 pm

and Saturdays, 10 am-4 pm. All appointments can be scheduled only by

calling 908-820-4298 between 12 & 5 pm, M-F.

Beginning in January, the Main

Library will close at 7 PM on Fridays.

This decision, approved by the

Library Board of Trustees at the

December Board meeting, will allow

greater collaboration between staff,

provide better communication

among different Library

departments, and allow us to focus

Library resources where they are

most needed.
