Introduction
I am Ms Janet Sangopa, 38yrs old from SHP in PNG.I am a single mother with 1 child & employed @ the Provincial Hospital as a Registry Clerk for STI/HIV &AIDS Nina clinic – Provincial ART Centre & also a Positive Advocator. I was diagnosed HIV Positive on the 31st January 2006 at the Epeanda HIV Clinic & now am currently living on ART for 8 yrs.
• No Doctor, I was seen by two nursing officers at the clinic.
• I first saw Dr Arun in 2008:– Happy that someone would come to help us from another
country– Continuum of care was good and when Dr Arun came, I
had more confidence that the staff at the clinic knew what to do about ART.
– It has been eye opening to see other doctors come and learn at the clinic – I am proud that they would come to learn from us - we learnt from each other
Now
