My shift timings are over…. I must rush home. A little garbage here will do.

A contributor should have the following qualities:Team spirit- a contributor should be able to
unite all the team members. Creativity- he should be innovativePrediction- he should have future visionHonesty- he should be honest in his
approachCommunication skills- a contributor should
be clear and loud to express himself Confidence- he should have confidence in
himself and his team to fulfill their goalAbility to delegate- he should know which
person is good in doing a particular task and should delegate accordingly

share about my contributor , Mr. Bimal BhattHe is currently a Assistance in Unitile Raised Access Floor Systems He was born on 25 August,1965
He studied at Himalaya High School, MumbaiHe completed his college at N L C, college (Malad west)
What is Success…….According to him being successful it does not
mean that you have to work whole day but he like to mention some points that are
Work Smartly Work from Your Soul From his success he believe in quality work
rather than quantity work

He believes that only providing jobs is not enough
But providing job satisfaction is more important.
According to him at middle and higher level having quality work life is job satisfaction. Where as to know job satisfaction at lower level lesser labour turn over is viewed.
In his views how to get things done by other according to higher level expectation.
When work is not done according to expectation first and most important thing is to check whether your goal is realistic or not and if so the very next step is to check where they are lacking
behind??Is it regarding technology or HR problem etc...
In order to deal with problem MOTIVATION is only solution
HIS MESSAGE TO FUTURE ENGINEERS....
You are in the field of technology but never forget that importance of the human so go hand in hand with technology and human both.
In future if you became an entrepreneur don’t treat your human resource like machines. Treat them well as they are your important assets with emotions.
