You might want to add something about that.I'd also like you to talk about exactly when it becomes BAD to use this in an extended fight, even if you know this can hit your target (your enemy is CCed, you don't have IE e.g.)-2

Talk about chaining CC. This ability pairs exceptionally well with lockdown supports like thresh, leona, morgana, as you can just E directly on the ADC. When you're in an open area (scuttlecrab river area, or middle of mid lane), you're more vulnerable to flanks, and you play differently because of that. Try and paint a better picture in your readers' head about how safely you play during the beginning of fights, when you are prone to getting jumped on. -2Really expand on turret seiging.
