Thank you Jarrettown membersand friends for your prayers, clothing, food stuff and financialsupport for St. Philips UMC,

community lunch and foodcupboard. In the past year (2011), we have

an increase in food needs fromthose without access to food. ManyKensington folks use our luncheonand pantry as life lines to their nextmeal. We are encouraged in ourmission at St. Philips by ourJarrettown church missionstatement which encourages us torelieve suffering.

Because of an increase in demandfor food items and coupled with a

government reduction of foodsupply our food stock is at an all-time low. We need your help!

We need you to continue your

prayers in support of the cupboardand the Wednesday CommunityLunch. Food products and financialsupport are also greatlyappreciated.

For the January Mission of the Month, we are in need of thefollowing food items:

Canned fruit Canned beef stew Canned veggies Mac & Cheese Cereal Canned tuna

    Peanut butter/jelly Pasta products

Finally your support and prayerfor the St Philips food programs isgreatly appreciated.
