The Tiki Vacation Condominiums, located at 6608 Padre Boulevard is one of the original condo complexes on South Padre Island and stretches from Padre Blvd all the way to the Gulf of Mexico Beach! Under new manage-ment for over a year, it has undergone many renovations throughout the common grounds, the 2 pools and the individual rental units; quickly becoming one of the more unique and premier destinations on the island.

The Tiki has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available for rentals of 2 nights or longer; with rates varying with the length of stay and time of year. Each condo is complete with a full kitchen, full bathroom(s) and either a king or 2 double beds. Each unit has its own personal balcony, many with a gulf beach view or a pool & courtyard view. The well groomed grounds are a plush tropical garden surrounding 2 heated pools, with on site management, maintenance and housekeeping, 7 days a week. With the natural setting and many amenities offered, the Tiki has become a very popular home away from home for Winter Texans.

Late in the spring of 2012 the Tiki will add a refurbished banquet facility to their amenities, to accommodate wed-dings, receptions, quinceañeras, reunions, parties and small business meetings.
