Besides, Ms Bibi Halimat, the lecturer in Chemistry, and Ms Alia Ali Bhutto, the lecturer in English, arranged online learning task for the chemistry and English subjects. Cadets wrote different paragraphs, odes and advertisements. All the cadets put their heart and soul to provide the best for them. According to the policy of the education minister, the administration of BCCG decided to ask teachers to report back to college by 10th Jan 2021. To make sure the health condition of the teacher, the Covid19 test were arranged under the supervision of DHO, Nawabshah and RMO Dr Afsheen Memon. One-hundred and fifty samples were collected for safety purposes. Besides, after the winter break, students reported back to college in two phases. In the first phase, students arrived on Friday, 15th Jan 2021, and in the second phase, students reported on 17th Jan 2021. To make sure health condition of

the cadets, they were asked to bring the results of Covid-19, and those students who

suffered from any respiratory infection were advised to stay at home and join when they are fine. Further, the classes had to start by 18th Jan 2021. Besides, Cadets’ walked through sanitisation gates, used sanitisers and body temperature had measured and maintained by RMO and her team.

Staff and Cadets Reported Back to the College

Most sprays only kill adult insects. Fumigation can kill adult termites, as well as

larvae and eggs. Therefore to protect the college from bacteria, virus and harmful insects, the management arranged fumigation spray, and it was sprayed twice in the entire college on 10th Jan 2021 and 18th Jan.

Scrapbooking is one of the most sedate and serene physical craft activities that a

child could take part in and support cognitive abilities. Ms Wengus Ansari, lecturer in Pakistan Studies, assigned the task to grade VIII (both sections) to make a scarp-book on Quaid-e-Azam’s life. Students arranged Quaid’s life

on paper in different shapes and used various colours. Cadet Anila’s scrap-book

stood first, and Cadet Memoona’s scrap-book got the second position from section A. On the other hand, Cadet Javeria got first, and Cadet Bisma got the second position from section B.

Ms Attifa Jabeen, the lecturer in Urdu evaluated the written samples. For Poetry Cadet Mania Shakeel, the XI student stood first, Cadet Alisbha Zahid, the student of grade XI stood second, and Cadet Suniha Jameel, the student of grade XI student stood in the third position. Also, for prose Urdu, Cadet Sabika from grade VIII, Cadet Ayesha Sarfaraz, and Cadet Makiya from grade IX were the top three cadets. For the Sindhi language, the top two Cadets were Cadet Iqra Gul from grade X , and Cadet Hifza Aijaz from grade XI . The, written pieces had assessed by Ms Ambreen Abro.

OIC examination, Ms Roohana Qureshi arranged Quraan Khawani for the female in Marui house on 13th January 2021. The primary purpose of

Quraan Khawni was to bow down in-front of Al-Mighty Allah and pray to exterminate the Covid19 disease, and after the Quraan, Khawani lunch had served.

Admin JCO arranged shooting training for the security guards to ensure shooting rules. The assessment has based on firing, handling and evaluating fire weapons. Besides, air guns were used and cleaned properly. The residential Medical Officer has required to assure first aid coverage during firearm training. The primary purpose was to ensure and make e f f e c t iv e t h e se cu r i ty department and to enhance their shooting skills.

Cord. Meeting On 14th Jan 2021, the

meeting was held with academic staff to the agenda to follow a routine but there will be no morning assembly up-to next fifteen days. To avoid large gatherings, the management decided that the cadets should have meals in two shifts (two houses in one shift). Further, it was decided that class representative teachers will look after the concern class, the reduced syllabus will be observed (but the teachers have to go for the complete syllabus completion). Above all, the winter break task, entry test papers and the mid-term result were discussed.

On 29th Jan 2021 a meeting

was held with exam in-charge academic staff and exam in-charge. The meeting agenda was to know to discuss the final and pre-board examination, syllabus coverage, and end chapter tests, and to plan the exam for the absentees in the mid-term exams. Additionally, it was

enclosed that BCCG is affiliated with BISE SBA.

Assistant HMs Appointed In the second phase of the

meeting, the Principal of the college held a meeting with the Housemistress of the four houses. In the meeting, Assistant housemistresses were appointed.

The primary aim of the assistant was to record the cadets’ routine, behaviour effectively. For the Marui House, Ms

Wengus Ansari was appointed as Assistant Housemistress with Ms Attifa Jabeen

Ms Aqsa Tunio was appointed for Marium Mukhtiar house with Ms Maree Rajpar

Ms Rubina was appointed for Fatima Jinnah House with Ms Bibi Halimat

Ms Alia Ali Bhutto was appointed as Assistant Housemistress for Elsa Kazi House with Ms Ambreen Abro.

Meetings continue from page 1 War Championship. In the semi-final team, SBA defeated the Sukkur team.

And, the Karachi team got the first position, and BCCG was crowned as runner-up team after the tough competition. The other teams were Karachi, Hyderabad, SBA, Sukkur, Mirpurkhas and Larkana. Furthermore, the BCCG team competed for the first time in the 4th All Sindh British Futsal Championship, held at Hyderabad on 17th Jan 2021. Cadets were motivated, determined and optimistic throughout the games and managed to win the first pool match and semi-final. BCCG team won pool match against Sanghar, and for the semi-final, they had to defeat the British Sports Academy (Pakistan, Tandoadam). However, they faced tough competition, and the BCCG's team got the third position in the futsal competition. BCCG's team represented the Bakhtawar Cadet College for girls, and also the Cadets embodied the entire division of SBA. The other teams were from Karachi, Jamshoro, Mirpurkhas and Sanghar.

Cadets of Marui House donned chefesses caps to exhibit their culinary skills in a cooking competition held on 7th January 2021. Little chefesses of the Marui Housemade scrumptious food from Desi to Italian and fast-food to tempting sweets.

Cadets prepared the food at home and sent their videos to Headmistress, Ms Attifa lecturer in Urdu. The first position from class XI was clinched by Cadet Misha Fatima, she made

chicken Karhai. Cadet Maham Waqar stood first from grade X, and she made Chicken Kofta. The most famous Italian dish “Pizza” and the Pakistani dish “Chargha” were made by Cadet Nayyab Khalid, they reserved the first position

from grade IX. Cadet Hamna Habib made a juicy chicken burger from the fast-food range, and Cadet Shanza made mouth-watering Gajar Ka Halwa, both of them stood first from grade VIII.

Little Chefesses in the Terra Firma

Marui House conducted a literary sitting on 23rd Jan 2021, under the supervision of

Ms Attifa Jabeen Lecturer in Urdu. Cadets of XI Class participated in the session. The literary sitting started at 8:30 pm and ended at 09:30 pm. Cadet Sidra Aziz moderated the session and made announcements. Cadets wrote

long and short poems, also prose in the Urdu language. The titles of best poems writers

were taken by Cadet Sorath and Cadet Maria Abbasi. On the other hand, Cadet Mania Shakeel won the title of the best short poem. The literary activity beseeched hidden writer in the Cadets.

Literary Session

Group captain of Pakistan Air force Murtaza Nusrat visited Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls from 29-01-2020 to 30-01-2021.

During his visit, he inspected all departments from, admin, academic and residency blocks. Besides, he guided the staff members with relevant innuendo. Firstly, in the morning assembly, the respected chief guest distributed medals, prizes and certificates for IKSC and IKMC participants. Secondly, he addressed the energetic and diligent cadets. He said that young cadets are the leaders of the future generation; they will lead the country. They will succeed in the upcoming life challenges. Lastly, he had a meeting with the academic staff members. He appreciated teachers' efforts and endeavour. Moreover, he assigned new tasks f o r t h e i m p r o v e m e n t , advancement of the cadets. visit of group captain.
