GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BARRE Barre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Ballet, Pilates and Yoga that will tone and define the body. The class combines strength and flexibility exercises with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the ballet barre. Please provide your own mat.

BODYPUMP™This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises likes squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructors, and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for (BODYPUMP EXPRESS is a 45-minute class).

BODYCOMBAT™BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fierce program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, & muay thai.

CARDIO ‘N’ TONE This awesome class rotates through bouts of simple combination training weights, to higher intensity cardio intervals and muscle conditioning drills. It’s a total body workout!

CORE CONDITIONING An intense 30-minute workout designed to strengthen your core muscles. Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. Please provide your own mat. CYCLE The multi-terrain cycling ride is designed to develop skills and improve performance. This workout will focus on increasing aerobic and muscular endurance by encouraging fast pace as the instructor guides you through runs, jumps, intervals, sprints, and climbs. HIITHigh intensity total body aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This class uses weights, plyometrics, and body weight to tone your body and improve your endurance.

HIP HOP HIITThis class combines the awesome toning and strengthening power of HIIT with the fun fitness-party that only hip hop can bring to create that shake up in your workout routine that you’ve been looking for.

KETTLEBELLKettlebell class consists of whole-body movement exercises that deliver cardio, strength, and flexibility benefits in a short amount of time and can be beneficial for anyone no matter the level of fitness.

PILATES Discover and explore different internal muscles that are often more difficult to find that are crucial in supporting your physical structure. This journey will reference the idea of finding strength in ease and release. Please provide your own mat.

YOGA Vinyasa Yoga- yoga poses are linked fluidly but held long enough for the participant to adjust to a healthy alignment and mental awareness.Gentle Yoga- Gentle yoga is a bridge between moving in flow and staying stationary. Gentle yoga equally strengthens and stretches, increasing flexibility and repairing muscles. You will focus on relaxation and controlled breathing. Wake Up Yoga- Experience the benefits of waking up to yoga as you stretch your body, awaken your mind, and fuel your spirit. Salute the sun with a smile and gracefully work out all of the kinks and tightness from your night’s sleep. You’ll feel energized, have amazing mental clarity, and will be ready to flow through your day with ease.

ZUMBA Zumba fuses hypnotic international rhythms and easy to follow dance moves to create a dynamic workout that will blow you away! Experience salsa, raggaeton, meringue, cha cha, belly dance, cumbia, and more. Come move your body with this one-hour aerobic dance party.
