JANUARY IDENTITY NARRATIVE PAGE:SYMBOLISMA symbol is something concrete that stands for something abstract. For example, the American flag stands for patriotism, and a rose represents love. It can be an object, character, or an action. Decide on two characteristics or attributes that you have that are abstract qualities. Create a symbol to represent these characteristics about you; this symbol may be unoriginal (already exists) or original (something that you create).Write a descriptive, thorough and clear response that explains your symbol and the qualities that it represents.
WRITTEN SECTION AND VISUAL
YOUR IDENTITY NARRATIVE PAGE MUST INCLUDE:
1. One 8.5x11 piece of cardstock.
2. VISUAL - Symbol
3. WRITING– Typed and attached to the base page.
***most important part – be detailed and specific!!
4. Border – create a border for your page – all the way around or down one side.
5. Title – give your page an original and creative title
6. Name – your name as the author must be on the front of the page
