Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving. - Colossians 4:2 ESV

Stacey Campbell, CEOWe cover Stacey in prayer today and ask for a continual overflow of the Holy Spirit in her life so she may continually walk in the full measure of power and authority God has bestowed upon her. May she have wisdom to make the simple and the difficult decisions; health, protection and strength!

OverflowOpportunitiesWe pray for the Spirit of God to go before us this year and make the crooked paths straight for our feet to travel. Break in pieces the gates of bronze, and cut the bars of iron Lord! (Isa 45:2) Like an arrow in your quiver, sharpen your servants to pierce deeply and effectually wheresoever you release us to go.

Bridgecare SolutionsWe pray for continued growth in our Bridgecare pursuits to connect former prisoners with supportive community. Each need is so diverse, but you own it all Lord. We ask that you make a way to provide for each individual’s needs and help us to discern the candidates who are serious about success.

The Forgiveness JourneyWe lift up this awesome opportunity at Beavercreek Institution for prisoners to learn about God’s forgiveness and pray that each one will find a new understanding about forgiveness that helps them to move into the next season of their journey. May God’s blessing be upon all who attend.

Annual ReviewsWe pray that the Spirit of God will continue to build us up, stretch us, and create us anew with each season. Prune us where we need pruning Lord. Give space for our roots to go deep. Shine upon us in season Lord; rain and shine upon us all year long.

Angel Tree ConnectionsWe pray that the Angel Tree connections that were formed over the holidays will continue to be cultivated and abound in long lasting spiritual friendship that welcome hurting families into healthy community. Stir up Your church Lord, with ideas for continued connection!

Hindrances CeaseWe pray that anything that has tried to keep us from moving to the next level as an organization will be stopped in Jesus Name! May we walk into the fulness of all that you have envisioned for us at Prison Fellowship Canada, Lord.

Equipped & CoveredWe lift up our faithful prayer warriors and the wonderful way that they uphold us in this ministry. We pray God’s blessing over this faithful community, and ask that they will see the fruit of their labours in the world to come through the many souls that came to know Him on account of their prayers.

Atlantic VolunteersWe continue to lift up the need for volunteers throughout the entire Atlantic region and ask that the Lord will raise up, prepare, and bestow in abundance a community of Spirit-filled servants resolute on seeing true freedom reign in prisons everywhere!

Bearing Much FruitWe pray as each of us labours for the kingdom alongside fellow staff and volunteers, that the world around us would know us by our love, made manifest as the produce of the fruit of the Spirit in our lives. Create in us a new heart, Lord!

Sycamore Tree ProjectWe lift up this deep restorative program and the powerful gift of reconciliation that is offered to prisoners and ask for more opportunities for it to reach far and wide across Canada throughout this new year.

The Voice of the FatherWe pray that the ears of prisoners will be opened to hearing the voice of our Heavenly Father in prisons across Canada. May the words of affirmation, encouragement, and purpose set the prisoners at rest in Him to see beyond their circumstances into God’s destiny for their lives.

Financial SupportersWe lift up those who have lovingly sacrificed often, consistently, or even sporatically to meet the various needs of this growing ministry to prisoners. May the Lord ensure that they are never lacking in anything here and now, and that they may behold the great and rich reward beyond compare that awaits them in heaven.

Anointed SpeechTeach our tongues, oh Lord. Give us a well instructed tongue to know the word that sustains the weary. Awaken us each morning; awaken our ear to listen like one being instructed, so that when we speak we may build up, encourage, and set the oppressed free!

Make Us OneWe pray for the whole body of Christ to be unified in love. May we, as one body, be so closely attuned to the needs of one another as we serve alongside one another that as one of us rejoices, all of can feel that joy, just as when one of us suffers, we all consider the burden of those pains.

Employment Upon ReleaseWe continue to ask the Lord for creative wisdom regarding employment strategies for former prisoners. We pray that employers would begin to be more open to hiring ex-offenders, and see them with the love of Christ - as men and women created for every good work.

Justice Means ReconciliationWe pray for the needs of the children whose lives are affected by the crime of a parent. May God protect their development from any hurt or harm by surrounding these broken families with healthy supportive accepting and Spirit-filled loving community.

Financial BreakthroughWe pray for a breakthrough this year for funding that allows for further development in unreached prisons across Canada. May we continue to exercise good stewardship of all that the Lord has entrusted to us this far, and we pray for continued wisdom to do so with excellence.

Cherished ChaplainsWe pray that God would grace the lives of Chaplains all across Canada with a special touch of encouragement for the wonderful and sometimes thankless work that they do each day. May they find times for rest and renewed strength to serve.

Better BoundariesWe interceded on behalf of all former prisoners and ask that their hearts might be open to recognize relaxed areas where they might be blessed to learn the wisdom of developing better boundaries that will be supportive to their reintegration.

OfficeVolunteersWe are so thankful for the volunteers who devote their time to assisting us with every day duties and we lift them up and pray that our intersecting lives will be a blessing to each other in ways that we recognize only God could possibly bring together.

Accounting Prep.We lift up the organizational needs of our wonderful Bookkeeper, David Saynor, as we approach the tax-receipt season and pray for a mind of clarity, precision, and of supernatural strategy to best tackle the job at hand.
