Training ensures safety

The laser that you purchase from TRUMPF is an outstanding high-tech system. Whether you

use the laser tool for welding, cutting, labeling or other tasks, the corresponding machining

processes always require precise compliance with all parameters engaged in the process.

This applies to clamping and positioning as well as to the laser tool itself.

During training in our training center in Schramberg you will get to know your laser and its

functions in detail. The training ensures safety for you in your everyday work and guaran-

tees that you use the full potential of your laser.

Besides, our online support can be optimally implemented in connection with training and

up to 80% of all faults can be eliminated immediately. Our safety-certified online support of-

fers you a unique service worldwide. With your authorization, our specialists can monitor

and control online all the functions of the laser, detect faults and usually eliminate them im-

mediately. Idle times and on-site service visits are reduced to a minimum.

Our training courses are intended primarily for the employees who work with the laser sys-

tem or are responsible for maintenance and service. Experienced service technicians and

specialists from the development department provide profound knowledge which is custo-

mized to the needs of participants.

The course participants get to know the structure and function of their laser system. Main-

tenance, fault detection and elimination are trained. The focus is in the field of equipment

technology. For laser application, we explain the basics and perform practical exercises.
