HEDIS and Stars Reporting Leveraging Clinical Information Exchange for Quality Measurement ProgramsIn the area of quality reporting, two programs, HEDIS and STARS, are having an impact on Plans. Clinical information exchange holds the promise of improved data capture and greater accuracy of patient and provider reported metrics.
