NEWEST GENERATION OF DRILLING MOTOR
The Kelly Drilling Motor is the newest generation of drilling motor.
Deigned and manufactured in Canada by Kelly Drilling Services, the Kelly Drilling Motor features a reciprocating mandrel designed to provide vibration dampening at the bit.
The reasons for vertical absorption are extended motor life and increased bit life. The Kelly Drilling Motor does this by reducing vibration from the internals of the motor and the drill string - increasing motor life at the same time. This resulting in longer runs and reduces costs.
FEATURES
- Oil sealed bearing system with high torque internal connections
- Helps maintain a more consistent weight on bit.
- Unique reciprocating mandrel designed to provide vibration dampening at the bit.
- Common motor configurations available are 5-in., 6-1/2-in., and 8-in.
- Custom sizes available upon request
- Fixed & adjustable housings, dump subs, top subs and rotor catches available.
- Vibration and impact resistant.
- Vibration dampening increases bearing & motor life, and in turn reduces trip time.
