HIGHLIGHT – CAR AUGUST 2016

Car sales rose by 15.69% (74,705 units) to 550,880 from Year to date August 2015 to Year to date August 2016. Car sales rose by 18.74% (12,654 units) to 80,180 from August 2015 to August 2016.

TOYOTA was the best selling manufacturer with 38,022 units and 47.42% of the market, a 23.54% gain compared to August 2015.

The TOYOTA CALYA was the best selling model with 9,241 units

Mini Van still the best selling segment in Indonesia

HIGHLIGHT – LIGHT COMMERCIAL VEHICLES AUGUST 2016

Light Commercial Vehicle sales fell by 32.49% (-46,384 units) to 96,366 from Year to date August 2015 to Year to date August 2016. Light Commercial Vehicle sales fell by 36.80% (-6,237 units) to 10,713 from August 2015 to August 2016.

MITSUBISHI was the best selling manufacturer with 3,924 units and 36.63% of the market, a 19.04% fall compared to August 2015.

The DAIHATSU GRAN MAX was the best selling model with 3,448 units, a -43.38% decrease on August 2015.
