Biography Jaume Huguet was born in Valls,

Tarragona, Spain in 1412. He was Spanish. He was an orphan in 1419. He was raised by his uncle Pere

Huguet. His uncle Pere was a painter.

and Flemish designs. He painted lots of Flowers. He painted nature. He painted gold leaves. He painted religious pictures. He painted above and behind the altar

How Jaume Huguet painted:

1. He used a piece of wood from a tree to paint.

2. They put animal glue on the wood.3. Then they put a piece of cloth on top of the

wood.4. They kept putting animal glue and cloth up
