KEY DELIVELABLES

Planning & Scheduling: Initiation, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing the project. Responsible for Manpower mobilization & conducting interviews. Scheduling of project using tool MS Project 2010. Preparing schedules for all types of maintenance activities and shutdowns in co-ordination with site

management team. Preparing Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown maintenance schedules as per the OEM and tracking the same. Preparation of Checklists & reports for Maintenance jobs. consumption. Co-ordination with Client for Emergency activities to be attended and forwarding the same to site

management team.

Commercial Operations: Tender Reviewing from planning and commercial point of view, negotiating and coordinating with Client. Preparation of Quotations as required and negotiating with client. Preparation of Client invoice as per the standards and following up the same. Preparation of PR and negotiation with vendor for PO. Reviewing the client and sub-contract tender documents and finalizing the same in order to obtain

maximum profit to the company. Continues monitoring of the inventory and procuring the deficiency material in-time to reduce the loss time.

Other Skills: Presently I am preparing for PMP certification which is most important industry-recognized certification for

project managers. Attended workshop on MS Project 2010 tool at Infovertex, Hyderabad. Hands in Vibration data acquisition and forwarding the same for expert analyzing. Attended workshop on Introduction to Semi-conductors & Basic electrical engineering at Advance Training
