JZUPDATE New administrator features

• Right-clicking on a folder allows you to quickly open or close any area.

• Filters let you display only the documents you need.

CP Home Menu

• Rounding on the budget column can now be disabled by clicking on the column header in the Rounding tab of the Home Menu.

CP Home Menu

• 2 Column notes and schedules selection popup is now a menu button with options for column selection, width and bold.

CP Home Menu

• A notice has been added to recommend using 9 column financial statements when Not-for-Profit is selected.

• The Home Menu now has Progress Bars.

• The old style update buttons have been brought back.

SC1, SC2, SC6 Generic note links in Schedules

• Links to generic notes can now be used in the following schedules:

1-2 year income statement

1-9 column income statement with budget

Generic 9 column with subtotals

TC Index to Financial Statements

• The text of the Notes to Financial Statements heading is now always modifiable by a right-click menu in the Index.

Caseware tip: Page breaks

• Did you know page breaks can be inserted in Form mode, there is no need to enter Editing mode?

• Click in any input paragraph and press Ctrl+Enter:

Caseware tip: Recycle bin

• Did you know the recycle bin can clear on lockdown, but not on rollforward?

• Remember to clear it, or you’ll carry old documents for years.

Copying 9 column Financial Statements

• Did you know that if you select “CV External Data” when copying 9 column Financial Statements it will also copy your column settings?
