What are the people in the video doing?

Justin is driving a car whilst the girls around him look on. Once Bieber has left the car he leans against it whilst holding a dancing girl. Then he starts dancing without the apparent girlfriend, but with other people. Next the camera captures him playing the guitar and then it does some close ups of the women at the party.

Near the end of the party the other guests dance with and without Bieber, who at the end walks towards the camera with visible swag.
