Position Grade M1 – Assistant Manager

To build a strong Credit Card portfolio for the assigned area and achieving the given targets

Build relationships at the location level to create acquisition opportunities & execute sourcing of Credit Card customers

Responsible for identification and acquisition of new customers and business development from the Open Market

Effectively work in coordination with various internal teams to achieve the set goals

End-to-end responsibility to close sales and resolve customer queries if any

MBA with an inclination to do sales

Good understanding of the market

Strong networking skills

Strong analytical & financial skills

Detail orientation

Fixed: 2.50 Lacs per annum + Conveyance & Mobile Sim for official purpose.

Variable: quarterly incentives as per the targets achieved.
