Position Related: Responsible for all network related regional matters pertaining to Rollout, Expansions, and Transport Fiber Projects. Serve as a single point of contact for regional stakeholders for all network related issues pertaining to Network Implementation Responsible for end to end execution of 2G/3G/4G site rollout targets assigned to the region. Responsible for timely delivery of USF Projects in North and Manage USF as External Stakeholder. Responsible for supporting CBOM targets achievements in coordination with other regional stakeholders. To create an engaged environment for the team and lead from front for the achievement of organizational objectives Develop and maintain project schedules, responsible for progress and performance reporting of regional projects Responsible to ensure that work in field is done in complete compliance with quality and health/safety standards as prescribed by Telenor quality assurance and HSE policies & procedures Responsible to ensure full compliance of Telenor anti-corruption policies and procedures in all regional rollout related activities particularly site acquisition Responsible for supporting financial activities with timely reporting of all the project milestones being executed at regional level Responsible for maintaining complete financial discipline with respect to forecasting, invoicing etc. Provide initiatives and ideas for ensuring continuous improvement in departmental deliverables Serve as the champion for department at all regional forums and maintain an excellent working environment fostering creativity, openness, respect, candor thus practicing all Telenor values as a role model Plans and tracks the development of his direct reports as per their individual development needs and ensure implementation of such plans for all the regional team members

Manage excellent relationship with all internal and external stakeholders at regional level particularly working closely with all rollout vendors for continuous improvement in delivery standards

Goals Achievement of 2G, 3G USF and all other regional rollout targets as per agreed timelines, cost and

quality standards Delivery of Expansion project as per agreed timelines, cost and quality standards Delivery of CBOM targets in coordination with other stakeholders Management of all issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders and timely escalations as & when

needed Work on development of people and maintain an engaged and motivated team ready to go extra mile

in pursuit of organizational objectives

Job Description

Your Typical day at work Tracking progress of deployment activities of individual sites in the region

Coordination with internal technology stakeholders particularly RF and Field Operations for resolving

day to day issues

Conducting team meeting to align on the progress and follow up on escalated issues

Conducting meeting with commercial counterparts to understand their expectations and doing

necessary alignment accordingly.

Eligibility Criteria Education: Engineering degree in any discipline; Business education would be a plus

Work experience: 5+ years of professional experience in areas of network rollout & operations

Potential Career Path:

Horizontal: Regional role in other parts of the network, Headquarter role as centralized POC or leading

regions

Vertical: Manager level position in network value chain
