• Oversight of third party design and construction resources retained to complete the work

• Resolution of numerous unresolved and unfilled commitments to the town of Ruston made as part of the original development agreement

• Completion of all unfinished exterior and interior work • Coordination and cooperation with the third party property manager retained by Onward to lease the completed

units as apartments • Procurement of certificates of occupancy from the town of Ruston for all apartment units, common areas, right of
