WhatMakesUsDifferentMost Investment Bankers use traditional methods and procedures for raising mon-ey, limiting risk or creating revenue. They use a “Cookie Cutter” approach, which lim-its their results to what can be achieved by creating Debt, or selling Equity.
Our business model is very different. We encourage our clients to keep all their equity, eliminate debt and sell revenue! This simple concept allows us to attract savvy investors that want to buy predict-able cash flows without exposing them-selves to liabilities generally associated with owning Debt or Equity.
Over the last 37 years, we have become experts at showing our clients how to create “Production Participation Agree-ments” with junior or senior capital providers.
There is no policy or procedure manual for what we call “Unique Capital Creation Concepts” (UCCC). Each Company or Ven-ture we work with is different. There is no specific way we advise our clients to raise money for their company or venture needs.
