Early workIn 2000, Tatum was first cast as a dancer in Ricky Martin’s “She Bangs” music video, after an audition in Orlando, Florida; he was paid $400 for the job. His experience in the fashion industry began as a model working for such noted clients such as Armani and Abercrombie & Fitch.

He soon moved into television commercials, landing national spots for Mountain Dew and Pepsi in 2002. A beautiful neckWith the following exercises you will keep wrinkles in the neck area at bay.

• If you have a double chin gently pat the skin under your chin with the back of your hand, alternating between left and right hand and curving forward or backward with each pat.

• If you have lipid formations, massage your neck with light pinches starting at its base and working toward the chin. You can do this as often as you want and can combine it with a more pleasurable activity, like watching a movie or read-ing a book.

• Put your elbows on the table and rest your chin against the entwined fingers of both your hands. Press your chin downwards and forwards. This will strengthen your neck.

• The swan exercise is easy – act like a swan extending its neck forward and down in order to reach a piece of food.

• And finally another tried and fun ex-ercise: grind your teeth and smile wide-ly while tightening and releasing your lips.

• Try saying something without chang-ing your position. This may look funny and even ridiculous to a bystander but you will soon feel the effect of the exer-cise in your muscles.

Healthy Fresh Mushroom SoupDelicious soup that will keep you warm in the cold winter days….

Ingredients:

• 1cloveofonion• 250-300g.freshmushrooms(chopped)• 1largecarrot(choppedcircles)• 3-4clovesofgarlic(chopped)• 1potato• 1/2cupsourcream• 1soupcube• Pinchofsalt,curryandblackgroundpepper

Directions:Chop the onion and fry it until soft in some olive oil.

Add the chopped garlic and the mushrooms.

Ifnecessary,addalittlewaterandleavetosimmerfor10minutes.

Add the chopped carrots, chopped potato, one litre of hot water, a soup cube and spices.

When the potato is boiled, mash and return to the soup.

Mix in the sour cream with a little water, and add to thesoup.

Optional: Sprinkle chopped parsley.

Caffeine stimulates the use of energy from fatty tissues, especially in combination with exercise. When it comes to bodybuilding, widespread popularity has caffeine-based drinks, which also have a positive influence on the breakdown of fatty tissue.

*Be careful with caffeine intake though, if your caffeine habit totals more than 500 milligrams a day, you may want to consider cutting back.

Instructions:

Apply toner. Toner will help to reduce the amount of oil on your skin’s surface.

Apply makeup primer. Primer is essential in helping to hide facial pores. It will also help makeup stay on longer.

Clean your face using a good, over-the-counter facial cleanser made for oily skin. Completely rinse and dry your face after applying the cleanser.

Apply foundation. Be sure to use one that’s made for oily skin. Ap-ply it evenly all over your face, from the hairline to just below the jawline.

Finish with a dusting of loose facial powder. This will help your makeup set and will also help it last throughout the day.

Start with wavy hair

Clip the front and top up and create a messy bun at the nape of your neck

Take individual pieces from the top and front sections and loosely twist it

Pin that piece into the messy bun

Repeat step four, and alternate sides until you reach the top section

Back comb the crown area for subtle volume

CANSA is a community-driven and volunteer-based organisation that has been fighting cancer for the past 80 years. Started in 1931 by a group of medical professional concerned about the high inci-dence of cancer, CANSA has grown to become one of the leading cancer NGOs in the country with 45 offices around the country and more than 12 000 volunteers and 260 staff members.
