Yoga integrates mind and body in the Eastern tradition of preventative, holistic healthcare, leading to improvements in posture, strength and �exibility as well as decreased symptoms of stress. In these classes, Yoga is combined with small segments of Pilates, stability ball work and other complementary practices. Classes are intended for adults and are suitable for most ages and abilities, with individual modi�cations o�ered at all times. A number of diverse workshops are also o�ered throughout the year.

relaxing atmosphere.

Hatha Yoga FlowCombines a series of Yoga postures with breath work to form a graceful, �owing practice. Beginners are welcome and will always be encouraged to work at their own pace.

Andy, Tina and sta� were awarded numerous choreography and high score numbers in their 2011 season. A Dance FX dancer received a scholarship to train in Paris this summer. Dance FX

dancers were invited to dance and represent Canada at “Dance World Cup” in Niagra Fallls with other dancers from around the world.

Preschool Learn to SkateOur program is designed for children ages 3 ½ - 5 ½.

Our goal is to develop children skills so that they can advance to other ice sports in a fun and safe

environment. New comers to the program will be placed in session 1, skaters who participated in the

program last year will be assigned to Session 2.

**Helmets are Mandatory, we recommend cages on the helmet for first time skaters**

**We recommend that skaters have snow pants and gloves to keep warm**

Pre-school Hockey

Pre-school hockey is a program designed specifically for children ages 3 ½ to 5 ½ or their specific skill set. The program will introduce the basic hockey skills to help prepare them for their first year of hockey.
