As a Marketing Director, Jeff played a significant role in the marketing department for the planning and execution of innovative strategies to promote the growth of the company.

He took the initiative, and made all the necessary efforts to facilitate the expansion of American Family Insurance from operating in only one state to becoming a six state venture.

He was the main face of the company during all their community outreach programs and exhibitions.

As a Marketing Director

Next, Jeff's professional journey took him to New York Life insurance in Denver, Colorado.

Here, he made a name for himself representing the company to all local Hispanic groups and organizations. Not only that, he also participated as a spokesperson for New York Life at various state and national conferences.

Jeff excelled at multicultural marketing, utilizing his skills and talent to bring in a large number of customers for the company; thereby assisting to boost sales by 50 percent.

From there, Jeff Campos was recruited as President and CEO for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Metro Denver.

Jeff was able to demonstrate his forthcoming leadership skills, and his efforts yielded fruit when they became one of the largest Hispanic Chambers in the U.S. In addition to overseeing daily administrative tasks, Jeff also took care of forging strong relationships through the establishment of favorable public relations policies and projects.

Under his leadership, the Chamber proliferated it's membership to 3000 members, and the budget also increased to $1.5 million.

Jeff got involved in the establishment of Elite Advantage Public Relations Firm which is a consulting firm that offers PR consultation services to private organizations, government agencies, non-profits, and individuals.

Here, he was first an Executive Consultant, and has now moved to the role of Managing Partner.

He has played a crucial role in laying the foundations for this company by being a key component in the acquisition of major clients, and in the development of superior and effective sales campaigns.
